​Dispatch & Delivery Timeframes:
We aim to pack and dispatch your orders within 1-3 business days from purchase, please be mindful that we are a small business and dispatch times may vary.

We send all our orders through Australia Post to ensure your order gets to you safely and time efficiently. If you have any questions about your parcel—whether it's regarding delivery times, address changes, delays, or lost packages—please reach out to Australia Post directly and have your tracking number ready.

Please be mindful that we dispatch from a rural area in Victoria, Australia and delivery time may vary.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
We put a lot of effort into keeping our stock up to date, but sometimes a product might show as available online even if it's out of stock. If this happens, don’t worry—we’ll get in touch to sort out a refund or help you find a great alternative.

Online Clothing Returns/Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations/Return/Refund for clothing:
If you are a first-time purchaser and you haven’t picked the right size, please let us know and we would be happy to accept your clothing item/s back for an exchange. However, the clothing item/s must be in original condition of purchase and meet the below return conditions.

All SALE items or any reduced items in any sale or promotion are FINAL SALE and not eligible to be returned for an exchange, credit note or refund under any circumstances.

Clothing Return/Exchange Conditions

All items must be returned in original, brand-new condition, with all tags/packaging attached and within 7 days from date of delivery.

There must be no smells of perfumes, washing powders or any marks.

If your return does not meet these requirements, it will be returned back to Mallee Stockfeeds at the customer’s expense.

We reserve the right to DECLINE any return if the item/s does not meet ALL return conditions.

The cost of sending back your return is at the customer’s expense.

Mallee Stockfeeds does not provide any returns labels or cover the cost of return shipping for sending your return back.

Items must be returned using a trackable courier or registered post. Returns will not be accepted without the return tracking number provided by the customer, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit to us.

All returns must be APPROVED by Mallee Stockfeeds PRIOR to being sent back.
Please be mindful to check sizing and fit info before purchase. All sizing, fabrication and care instructions are available in the product descriptions.
How to Request a clothing Return - note this does not mean it will be accepted:
If you experience any issues with your clothing order, please contact us at info@malleestockfeeds.com.au with the following details:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos, if applicable
We will review your request and respond promptly.

Jewellery:
We do not accept returns of any jewellery due to change of mind, returns will not be accepted if jewellery has been damaged by the customer. No return will be accepted without proof of purchase and must be within 7 days of the purchase date. We do not accept returns for earrings, due to hygiene reasons.

Clothing Refunds:
If you receive your item and believe that it is faulty please let us know immediately. A replacement or refund of the product will only be organised if Mallee Stockfeeds has inspected the item/s and approves that the product/s reasonably fulfils a faulty claim. Please note that if it is clear that the washing instructions have not been followed then we will not be able to offer a refund. Please follow these carefully. ​
