Product Orders:

All purchase orders placed through the Site are subject to Mallee Stockfeeds acceptance. Mallee Stockfeeds may refuse to accept or may cancel any purchase, whether or not the purchase has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, Mallee Stockfeeds will issue you a refund.        

 

Delivery: 

Stockfeed deliveries will be made by Mallee Stockfeeds to the address stipulated in your order. In the event that someone is not present to accept the delivery, Mallee Stockfeeds will deliver as per the delivery instructions marked in your order. Mallee Stockfeeds is not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs once the product/products have been delivered to the stipulated address. 

 

Stockfeed Delivery time:

On occasion Mallee Stockfeeds reserves the right to modify delivery timeframes on already placed orders. In these instances, Mallee Stockfeeds will notify you/the customer via email or phone on an amended delivery time and date. ​

Cancellations/Return/Refund for Stockfeed:

If you wish to cancel an order, you should do so as soon as possible by contacting Mallee Stockfeeds. There will be no credit given if Mallee Stockfeeds prices drop after your order has been delivered. Returns and Refunds will only be accepted within 2 days of you receiving the goods. To be eligible for a return/refund for stockfeed you must present proof of purchase. Returned goods must be in original condition and include all original packaging. This refund policy only applies to goods where you can demonstrate that the goods did not meet the description we made of them or were not otherwise suitable given the information you provided us. It does not cover change of mind.​

Local Stockfeed Delivery Pricing:

Our Delivery pricing online is based on how far the delivery is placed from Mallee Stockfeeds warehouse.
 

•    Deliveries under a 25km radius of our Warehouse is only $10.00 
     (this cost is wavered if you spend over $100 on one order)

•    Deliveries to Coomealla/Yelta/Carwarp are $20

•    Deliveries to Wentworth are $35
