Use for worming programs for the control of the most common worm species found in chickens, including tapeworms. Ascaridia galli, Heterakis gallinarum, Capillaria spp., Amidostomum Anseris, Trichostrongylus tenuisand Raillietina sp.
Flubendazole's efficacy against all life stages of the worm (adult, larvae and eggs), means the beneficial effect on the flock is long-lasting. There is no need to discard eggs during or after treatment periods.
Signs of infestation can be difficult to identify. Rate of lay, egg size, yolk colour and egg shell quality can all be affected by worm burdens.
